Please read this Terms of Use agreement carefully. Your use of the Site (as defined below) constitutes your agreement to this Terms of Use agreement.
This site (together with any successor site(s) and all Services, the "Site") is operated by Music Laboratory AE ("we," "us"). We provide Site users with access to content and services related to us and our artists, including music, images, forums, games, text, data and other content (collectively, the "Services"). Your use of the Site is governed by this Agreement, regardless of how you access it.
By using the Site, you agree to the terms of this Agreement and any additional rules and guidelines we post. We may change this Agreement from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
The Site is controlled and operated from the United Arab Emirates. It may not be appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. If you access the Site, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local laws.
Your submission of information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for information collection, usage and disclosure practices of third parties. You agree that information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
You agree to obey the law, respect the rights of others and avoid objectionable, defamatory or disruptive behaviour. You will not post threatening, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent or obscene material; material that infringes intellectual property rights; malicious code; unsolicited advertising or spam; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate others, or to interfere with the Site's operation.
You may need to register to use parts of the Site. Your username and password are for personal use only; you are responsible for activity under your account and agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Where the Site allows you to post content ("Submissions"), you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works from that Submission in connection with the Site and related services, including for promotional purposes. You represent that you own or have the rights to any Submission you post and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
We do not accept or treat unsolicited ideas, proposals or suggestions as confidential, and may use them without compensation.
We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, evaluate, refuse or remove Submissions at any time. Report unlawful or objectionable material to privacypolicy@musiclaboratory.ae.
Products made available through the Site (music, video, images and other copyrightable materials) are owned by us, our affiliates and/or licensors. Purchases require accurate billing information; you confirm you are 18 or older and authorised to use your chosen payment method. All sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Promotions may be governed by separate rules that take precedence over this Agreement where they conflict.
We and our licensors own the information, materials, trade names, trademarks and service marks made available through the Site, including Music Laboratory AE and associated logos. You may not reproduce, modify or create derivative works from Site content without express prior authorisation.
The Site may include or link to third-party applications, content and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party applications, content or external sites; your use of them is at your own risk and may be governed by their own separate terms.
The Site and all goods, services and materials made available through it are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to access and use the Site.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Site, breach of this Agreement, or any Submission you post.
We may terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without liability to you.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, U.A.E., and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, U.A.E.
Parental control tools are commercially available to help limit access for minors. Questions or complaints can be directed to privacypolicy@musiclaboratory.ae. Statements on the Site about future plans are predictions only and actual results may differ.
If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright under the DMCA, you may send a takedown notice to privacypolicy@musiclaboratory.eu. Counter-notices are handled under the same statutory requirements.
By using the Site you confirm you are of legal age, or have parental/guardian consent. Questions about this Agreement can be sent to privacypolicy@musiclaboratory.ae. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains in effect. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
